Corum Svet Shakhtera Mechanical Engineers to Present New Equipment 01 March 2019 Corum Group introduces RH160—a tunneling machine of a new technical level meant for crushing especially strong rocks and equipped with an anchoring system. Major Ukrainian and foreign mining companies are already interested in this innovation. Presentation of the new equipment took place on February 28, at Corum Svet Shakhtera plant in Kharkov. Mechanical engineers also presented two upgraded shearers—CLS450 and КА200.

A whiff of fresh air for Ingulets GOK: Corum Group has made a new fan for the iron ore enrichment works in Kryvyi Rih 16 November 2018 Main fan VOD-30m2, manufactured by Corum Druzhkovka Machine-Building Plant has been commissioned at Ingulets Iron Ore Enrichment Works (Metinvest). The fan will provide the works with fresh air for at least 14 years.
Corum will lease five tunnelling machines to the Polish mines 31 July 2018 Corum Group concluded the contracts for delivery of tunnelling equipment for Polska Grupa Górnicza (PGG) and Jastrzębska Spółka Węglową (JSW). They will be rented for three years. The total amount of the concluded contracts is PLN 22.8 million (EUR 5.3 million).

Corum concluded the contract with EVRAZ for delivery of armored face conveyor 10 July 2018 Corum will produce the special-purpose armored face conveyor SP326 on request of the Osinnikovskaya mine. This contract demonstrates the increased collaboration with EVRAZ, the enterprises of which fall within the area of Corum interests on the market of Kuzbass. The equipment is expected to ship by the end of this year.

It will allow putting into operation new longwall No. 45. Miners plan to extract about 1.5 million tonnes of high power generating coal (anthracite) per year from it. The complex supply is expected in august-september this year.

Corum Svet Shakhtyora Plant produced a double acting drilling and loading machine 07 May 2018 Corum Svet Shakhtyora Plant produced the second in succession drilling and loading machine BPR for Sherlovskaya-Naklonnaya mine of Donugol Coal Company. It can be alternately used for face drilling and rock loading thanks to its unique design developed by Corum engineers. The machine will be transferred to the customer in the first half of May.
Corum Druzhkovka Machine-Building Plant will produce 6 tunneling machines for DTEK 03 May 2018 Corum Druzhkovka Machine-Building Plant signed up new order to produce three tunneling machines KPD for DTEK Pavlogradugol. Two machines are designed for Ternovskoye Mine Administration; one more machine will be dispatched to Pershotravneskoye Mine Administration. The scheduled period for equipment shipment is September – November 2018.

From January to March, the commodity output made up UAH 199.5 million. Scraper conveyers, shearers, transformer substations and remote feed systems of the shearer are among the main equipment.
Corum Group entered into a contract with Donetsksteel for construction of mine workings 18 April 2018 The contract for construction of open workings that will allow access to new longwalls has been entered into with Pokrovskoye Mine Administration (Donetsksteel). Corum Shahtspetsstroy, a mine construction company of Corum Group, will be responsible for sinking operations. The facility commissioning is scheduled for 2018-2019.

Corum Druzhkovka Machine-Building Plant developed a new support for Pokrovske Mine Management 30 March 2018 The pilot units of the new support DT 08/18 produced by Corum Druzhkovka Machine-Building Plant for Pokrovske Mine Management have successfully passed factory acceptance tests and are put into operation. The first lot will be ready in April, and it is planned to ship 200 support units by the end of May.
