During 7 months, DTEK machine builders produced 10 shearers and roadheaders and almost 700,000 spare parts and components for Ukrainian mines

Machine-building enterprises of DTEK Energo continue to work hard and support the needs of Ukrainian coal industry in mining equipment.

For trouble-free Ukrainian heating season, in January-July this year machine-building companies manufactured and repaired 526 machine units.

Among the key products for miners needs are 10 new roadheaders and shearers.

Also, during the first seven months of the year, machine builders provided Ukrainian miners with more than 680,000 spare parts and components.

"For many months, all the efforts of energy workers, service engineers, miners and machine builders have been aimed at preparing the power system for another enduring - passing the heating season. As in the past winter, the success of the future winter will largely depend on the teamwork and synergy of everyone's efforts: the Armed Forces, the state, relevant ministries and agencies, generating companies, and our international partners. A large part of responsibility lies on machine builders, whose work influences the sufficient rates and volumes of mines coal production, and therefore the availability of fuel for Ukrainian thermal power plants sustainable operation," said Ildar Saleev, CEO of DTEK Energo.
