As a fourth-year student at the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic University" Oleksii for the first time got acquainted with the machine-building plant "Corum Svitlo Shakhtaria".
- My path to the profession began precisely from the plant, where, as I remember now, from the very first day they provided all kinds of support and necessary assistance in mastering the specialty. Yes, 10 years passed quickly. And the choice of mechanical engineering is due to the specialization of the institute, with which our plant has been fruitfully cooperating for many years, - notes Oleksii Tapekha.
Every day for our hero is full of events and interesting projects, challenging ideas and new discoveries. The working day begins with daily set-up meetings, assignment of work to emergency positions and clarification of the timing of the development of control programs. It is the daily tour of the shops where CNC equipment (numerical control) is used that allows Oleksii to keep abreast and make the adjustments necessary to improve the manufacturing process.
During his work he independently mastered Doosan DBC160, WHQ13CNC # 1 and WHQ13CNC # 2 horizontal boring machines with various CNC control systems, such as Sinumerik840D, Fanuc 31B and Heidenhain iTNC530. He also mastered a number of body products, developed technologies and control programs for a number of products for machining centres, introduced advanced cutting tools into production.
At the end of 2020, Oleksii Tapekha was recognized as one of the best employees of the enterprise, his photograph takes a worthy place on the Corum Svitlo Shakhtaria honour roll - "The Pride of the Plant".
Interesting facts about Oleksii:
