Halyna Kuznietsova

About machines, team and love for them.

We spend a third of our life at work, and only the happiest ones are at our favourite job. Our heroine dreamed of becoming a teacher, and machines became her vocation.

For a little more than 20 years Halyna Kuznietsova has been working as an operator of compressor units in workshop No. 11 of “Corum DrM-BP”, and she says that she loves her job very much.

- I can’t imagine myself somewhere else, the plant has become my life, and the team of our workshop - close people, - Halyna admits.

After graduating with honours from the technical school, a young specialist-foundry worker Halyna came to the foundry at the plant. Soon the activist and the sportswoman was lured to the steam power workshop. The workshop team selected and united the like-minded people - those who love sports, lead an active lifestyle and know the value of friendship. It is not for nothing that the steam power workshop was considered the most sporting workshop, there are many victories in the factory sports competitions, and there is no staff turnover in the workshop.

— The team received me very warmly, - recalls our heroine. — One can only dream of such a team. Everyone is about the same age and united by a common idea - to live actively. Thanks to the support of the team, I studied the operation of various compressor units, although at the very beginning I was afraid that I would not understand and let down the shop and the whole enterprise. After all, the compressor room is the heart of the plant, the work of all equipment begins with us.

Today Halyna Kuznietsova is a 5th grade compressor operator. For a stranger, the operation of machines is noise, and for our heroine this sound is the rhythm of the heartbeat, according to which she accurately determines the state of the equipment

The motto of our heroine: “A desire is 1000 possibilities." Halyna has successfully mastered the operation of complex compressor units, recently received a driving license, and is now mastering a new sewing machine. And something tells us that this summit will conquer our heroine.
