Dear partners and counterparties,
We hereby inform you about the occurrence of force majeure circumstances caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which led to the imposition of martial law in the territory of Ukraine from 05:30 am on February 24, 2022 for the period of 30 days, according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No.64/2022 On the Imposition of Martial Law in Ukraine dated February 24, 2022.
Corum Group is doing its best to ensure the stable and uninterrupted operation of our mining machinery manufacturing, mine construction and service companies, which ensure the implementation of projects in the mining industry under martial law. At the same time, please note that the conduct of hostilities in the territory of Ukraine objectively complicates our operations and may lead to temporary non-performance of obligations under the current contracts entered into by our companies during the period of the above circumstances. Should the Company be forced to fail to perform some of its obligations, please kindly treat this with understanding. In its turn, the Company will make every possible effort to perform them at the earliest opportunity.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine by the general official letter No.2024/02.0-7.1 dated February 28, 2022 (available at https://ucci.org.ua/uploads/files/621cba543cda9382669631.pdf) testified to force majeure: military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which led to the imposition of martial law in the territory of Ukraine from 05:30 am on February 24, 2022 for the period of 30 days, according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No.64/2022 On the Imposition of Martial Law in Ukraine dated February 24, 2022.
