Tatyana Kalugina has been working in the machine-building industry for over 30 years. Her career started from a position of the process engineer. Then she became the Head of the Technical Department - the Chief Engineer of the Gorlovsky Machine-Building Plant. Since 2015, she held the position of Chief Engineer - Deputy Director of the Corum DrM-BP. Since March, 2016, she was appointed to the position of the director of the Corum Druzhkovsky Machine-Building Plant.
Under her management, the plant has rapidly mastered the production of the Gorlovsky Machine-Building Plant and the Donestkhirmash nomenclature positions. They include: ВРЦД4,5 rotor fans, ВОД-30М2 axial fans, various types of the overhead equipment, skips, carriages, grip blocks, ЛПЭП sinking winches, belt-type conveyors, НП-200 pumps, КПД roadheaders.
Has a higher education in the specialty "Metallurgy, equipment and technology for heat treatment of metals". She graduated from the Donetsk Polytechnical Institute.
In 2020, Tatyana Kalugina was awarded the DTEK Golden Badge for outstanding achievements in labor activity, the implementation of key strategic projects that made a significant contribution to the development of DTEK. In addition, she was awarded the sign "Miner’s Glory" II-III degree and letter of gratitude of the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
